HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to deliver your order in up to 3-4 working days
Please note that November & December are particularly busy for courier companies so timescales may be extended a little.
DELIVERY OF HEAVY ITEMS
As you would expect from high quality equipment, the boxes can be large and heavy. Please note the following.
Some packages you can lift by yourself
If you've ordered small, light items they will arrive by couriers, usually DPD or ParcelForce, direct to your door
Some packages are too heavy for you to lift on your own
Gym equipment is often considered "Heavy and Large" items and requires specialised couriers. To ensure your safety and convenience, this can involve a longer delivery time than you might expect for consumer items such as clothes.
If you have ordered heavy duty equipment, please ensure you have someone to help you carry the equipment safely in to your home.
It's important to note that this is kerbside delivery.The courier driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property.
